Case 1, Cracked Frame
One of our customers in the Middle East reported a crack on a shaker screen frame. He had been using Hizon’s shaker screens for years without issue, but this problem appeared after his end user switched to a new shaker that generated higher G-forces than before.
After thorough communication, Hizon quickly redesigned the frame to withstand the increased load. The customer confirmed that all the updated screens now perform exactly as intended.
Case 2, Vulnerable Gasket
A potential customer approached us in need of screens with stronger sealing gaskets, as their existing ones could not withstand the operating conditions.
At Hizon, we already had the solution in hand. By using a specialized sealing material and a unique mounting technique, we produced gaskets capable of resisting temperatures up to 120 °C (about 250 °F). We delivered the upgraded screens, and the issue was resolved with ease.
Case 3, Overflown Shaker
An overflowing shaker can be a major frustration — but Hizon has the solution.
One customer had been struggling with persistent overflow despite trying every possible recommendation, with little improvement. When he reached out to Hizon, we quickly provided upgraded shale shaker screens. The results spoke for themselves: the overflow issue was eliminated, and he no longer needed to replace his still-new shaker.
