Accurate D100
D100 is the most important parameter for shale shaker screen defined by API RP 13C.
The picture on the left demonstrates outstanding repeatability in the API D100 test, which is the regular quality assurance step during shaker screen manufacturing at Hizon, supported by Hizon’s high-level expertise and consistent manufacturing process.

For example, our enhanced manufacturing technique ensures the sealing gaskets adhere far more reliably to the screen frames, even under high temperatures. The bond is so strong that the gasket cannot be pulled off—even with pliers.

The photo on the left shows the sealing gasket’s durability after exposure to 120°C. The small dent at the bottom was made intentionally with a knife to inspect the gasket’s integrity following high-temperature operation.
