Hizon constantly talk to customers and tries to solve customers' problems. Below are some typical problems we solved with our customers.
Case 1, Cracked Frame

One of our customers in the Middle East reported a crack in a shaker screen frame. They had been using Hizon’s shaker screens for a long time without issue, but the problem appeared after their end user switched to a new shaker that generated higher G-forces.
Following thorough communication, Hizon quickly redesigned the frame to withstand the increased load (see left picture). The customer confirmed that all updated screens have since resolved the issue.
Case 2, Temperature-Related Bonding Limitation


A potential customer approached us seeking shaker screens with stronger sealing gaskets, as their existing gaskets could not withstand the operating conditions.
At Hizon, we already had a solution. Using a specialized sealing material and a unique adhering technique, we produced gaskets capable of resisting temperatures up to 120 °C (≈250 °F). We delivered the upgraded screens, and the issue was easily resolved.

The image at the bottom-left shows the new sealing gasket after exposure to 120 °C. Its integrity remains outstanding; even when we attempted to cut a piece with pliers, it could not be cut.
Case 3, Overflown Shaker

An overflowing shaker can be a major frustration — but Hizon has the solution.
One customer had been struggling with persistent overflow despite trying every recommendation, with little improvement. When he reached out to Hizon, we provided upgraded shale shaker screens. The results were clear: the overflow issue was eliminated.
