ANYWHWERE
EchoSmart comes with WIFI and wireless data transmission capability. Liquid level data can be transmitted either through local wireless network, cellphone wireless network, or serve as a liquid level sensor for SCADA system. Virtually there is no limitation on a well's physical location to collect liquid level data.

ADVANCED SIGNAL PROCESSING
The signals received by EchoSmart can sometimes be noisy, especially in deep wells or complex well conditions, where achieving a good signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) is crucial. To address this, an advanced algorithm has been developed to enhance the S/N, enabling EchoSmart to achieve a measurement depth of up to 4,000 meters (~13,000 feet) with an accuracy of ±0.1% FS.

ZERO CASING PRESSURE CAPABILITY
EchoSmart employs a unique technique that allows for accurate liquid level measurement in wells with zero casing pressure, overcoming a challenge that has traditionally been difficult to address.

BETTER DESIGN AND FULLY TESTED
EchoSmart undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its reliability under extreme conditions, including high/low temperatures, high/low pressures, water spray tests, and electromagnetic compatibility tests. It is also resistant to high H2S concentrations and comes with EX certification. Additionally, satellite communication is available as an optional feature for enhanced connectivity.

ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY
EchoSmart utilizes casing gas to generate measurement signals, ensuring no emissions are released into the atmosphere. This design eliminates any environmental pollution, making EchoSmart an eco-friendly solution for well monitoring.

CLOUD PLATFORM
Hizon offers a cloud platform for centralized liquid level data management, making it an ideal solution for operators without existing infrastructure. One of the centers we’ve built currently manages over 2,500 wells. Authorized personnel can easily access liquid level data via their mobile phones, tablets, or desktop computers, providing seamless and efficient monitoring.

WELL MONITORING PACKAGE
This is the extension of EchoSmart into smart data collection and management. The robust instrument identifies the well by its coordinates, collects both liquid level data and dynamometer cards, and sends this information back to the platform. The data is then analyzed on the platform using AI technology, providing actionable insights for improved decision-making.

OIL WELLS, BOOST PRODUCTION
Through RS485, EchoSmart transmits liquid level data to the VFD drive in the local control panel, enabling real-time adjustments to maintain the liquid level at the desired point. This helps optimize production and enhance performance. The desired liquid level can be input directly from the HMI or remotely through SCADA, offering flexibility in control.

OIL WELLS, SMARTER DECISION
By providing continuous liquid level data and supporting both steady-state and transient well tests, EchoSmart enhances history matching and deepens reservoir insights, including estimates of recoverable reserves. This results in more reliable predictions of production profiles and reserves, empowering management to make informed, confident decisions.

GAS WELLS, MORE PRODUCTION
EchoSmart delivers real-time liquid level data, enabling precise and timely monitoring of water accumulation in gas wells. This allows engineers to implement targeted measures to remove the right amount of water, maintaining both production efficiency and well integrity.

CBM WELLS, WELL OPTIMIZATION
EchoSmart optimizes CBM well production by providing continuous liquid level data to the VFD drive. The optimum water level can be determined by correlating gas production with water level, thereby optimizing overall production.

UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE
For salt cavern underground gas storage, EchoSmart provides liquid level data in wells, which is crucial for safe operation, collapse prediction, improved storage efficiency, extended storage life, gas storage sealing detection, and decision-making support.

CLUSTER WELL SUITE
For cluster wells, both onshore and offshore, skid-mounted EchoSmart is the solution. It features a central module with a measurement unit mounted on each well. Liquid levels are measured in turns, and the system includes a cellular module for remote control and data transmission.

WELL TEST, ANY TIME ANY WAY
EchoSmart supports both steady-state and transient well tests, allowing operators to plan tests in advance and initiate them at the optimal time. It collects liquid level and casing pressure data at predefined intervals, ensuring precise monitoring. With this data, combined with industrial software for multi-phase flow and pressure drop calculations, advanced well test analysis can be conducted, providing deeper insights into well and reservoir performance.

STRIPPER WELL MONITOR
EchoSmart offers a specialized model designed for stripper wells that have been shut down for extended periods. Operating independently without external power, it monitors casing pressure, temperature, and battery capacity in real time. Equipped with built-in well models, it can trigger alarms when predefined criteria are met. The unit features its own display for on-site monitoring, and data can be seamlessly transmitted to the data center for remote analysis and decision-making.

GEOTHERMAL WELLS
EchoSmart is also ideal for continuous liquid level monitoring in geothermal wells over extended periods. By providing real-time data, it helps ensure safe operation and efficient production management, allowing operators to make informed decisions for optimal well performance.
